I've personally found this style mask a little tight, so I've added a little extra width for added comfort. Measures approximately 8" wide and 4" high. Expands to a maximum height of approximately 7". There's an opening in the middle of the back side to add a filter. (not included) We cut up a HEPA vacuum bag and added it to the mask. I understand that a coffee filter is another good option. Exact position of the pattern/ print on the mask will vary for each mask. Elastic loops are 1/8" flat, white elastic.
